About our business and products
We are a Liquidation company that purchases bulk "loads" from larger internet / catalog based companies. These companies sell the items to us at a low, bulk rate, so that we can pass on the savings, while they can get rid of any excess product. Every item is checked SEPARATELY, and listed with it's own specifics, so please read the ENTIRE listing!
Q: What are your business hours?
A: We are in the office Monday through Friday, 9 AM until 4 PM EST, excluding holidays. Our on-location store is open Monday - Friday 10 AM - 4 PM, and Saturdays from 11 AM until 4 PM, excluding holidays. If we are not in and you need assistance, please send us an email here or leave a message on our phone system, and we will respond as soon as possible.
Q: What is the best way to contact you? / I have a question about your products
A: If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask. The best way to contact us is either through eBay messages here, phone, or direct email. Please leave us your question, the eBay item number of the product, and any other pertinent information. We can always find the answers you need, so you can buy with confidence.
Q: What does it mean when the item is listed as "New; Like New"?
A: While most of our items are simply overstock from larger e-commerce companies, we still check every single item individually, to ensure they are complete. "Like New" simply means that we have opened the item to check it, and found there was nothing wrong with the item, but list them as "like new" because the item is no longer factory packaged.
Q:Do any of your items have existing damage?
A: While most of the items we receive that are damaged go to our on-site "as-is" public store, some items with MINOR damage, such as shipping scratches etc. will be listed, with ALL damage listed in the Item Conditions section, and pictures will be taken and posted at the bottom of the listing. We do not lie or "hide" ANY damage, ever, guaranteed.
Q: Do you combine shipping?
A: We combine shipping on all orders containing 2 items or more, and will deduct 20% of the shipping costs as a courtesy to all customers, but be advised this is NOT automatic through eBay. Please contact us by phone or email to request a revised invoice, and it will be edited and sent to you within 1 business day, with 20% deducted from the shipping.
Q: Do you offer international shipping?
A: Unfortunately, no; at this time we are only able to ship within the continental United States, with all other countries / states (such as Hawaii and Alaska) excluded. We hope in the future to expand our shipping horizons, however at this time it is simply not possible. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Q: How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge for this item?
A: The shipping charge varies from item to item, but please check the listing to see our flat rate shipping rate for this item. No matter where you are located, this is the price it will cost. Please note that "Freight" means this item is too big to ship through FedEx, and additional charges will apply. Just email us your zip code for a Freight Quote.
Q: When can I expect my order to arrive?
A: We firmly believe once an item is paid for, it should be on it's way to it's buyer as soon as possible. That's why all orders, no matter the size, will ship within 1 business day, or less (weekends and holidays excluded). Once your item has shipped, you will be sent an email stating the tracking number and other important shipping information.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We accept returns within eBay's designated return policy, however we will not pay return shipping unless the item is received defective or damaged (with photo evidence within 3 days of receiving item). Please refer to our Store Policies page for further information on our return policy, and remember to ALWAYS contact us before returning any item.
Q:What if I received the wrong item?
A: First, let us apologize for this inconvenience. Please contact us as soon as possible with your name, eBay item number, and a description of what you received, and we will do everything we can to make this right. Please remember to give us a chance to solve the problem before leaving any feedback or DSR stars; we can ALWAYS fix the problem.
