Your satisfaction is the key to our success and we ensure that your experience with us will be both rewarding and positive. We wholeheartedly believe that every problem can be resolved both quickly and satisfactorily, and we promise to do our very best to ensure your buying experience with us is as satisfying as possible.
Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase then please contact us immediately. Please contact us within 3 days after receiving the item.
If, after contacting us, you have been asked to cover return shipping, please send the item(s) to:

Please remember to send us the carrier's name and tracking number once it has been shipped, as this number will be your proof of return. As soon as the item is back with us, your full refund (minus any shipping charges you may have paid to begin with) will be processed. If it is decided we will cover return shipping, we will send you a prepaid return label through email; please understand if you do not contact us before you return the item, we will be unable to refund your shipping costs at a later time, as we can only refund the amount you paid in the first place, and cannot refund additional funds.
Lastly, please, give us the opportunity to resolve the issue prior to leaving any feedback or DSR ratings.

If you ever have any questions about our products please don't hesitate to contact us; we do our best to answer email as quickly as possible during normal business hours, so please be patient if it takes us a few hours to get back to you. Every email is equally important to us, and we will respond to them in the same order they arrived. We do not use an automated email system, so every email you send will be responded to by a real Bargains and Buyouts employee – personally – with no exceptions We promise to do our best to answer all of your questions in a professional and timely manner.
Please do not attempt to send us email through your Paypal invoice as our email system is linked directly through eBay, and it will be blocked by their server. If you receive, or simply wish to contact us through, an email from our support email, that is acceptable as well. Any other emails may be blocked, so if you do not hear back from us within 2 business days, please either email us directly through eBay messages, or call our toll free phone number:

Please do not worry about giving us your personal email address; you will never receive SPAM email from us – guaranteed. It is important to ensure your current email address is updated in your eBay information, as invoice reminders with payment instructions as well as contact and shipping information will be sent to your personal email (as well as your eBay messages). While your tracking information will be updated in your “My eBay,” your shipping confirmation will be sent to your personal email only,
Lastly, we offer 'opt in' newsletters and product update emails to any customer who would like them; this is a bi-monthly newsletter that not only lets our customers know what’s new and what’s coming, but also shares exclusive deals and promotional codes that are only released to our signed-up customers. Simply add us to your favorite sellers and select the newsletter of your choice to be added to our mailing list, or visit our website and sign up for that newsletter (all you need is a valid email address). If you wish to be removed from our mailing list simply edit your favorite sellers list and uncheck us, or if signed up from our website, click the “Unsubscribe” button at the bottom of the email.

Payment instructions and confirmation will be emailed at the end of an auction to the highest bidder. The best way to reach us is by direct email, telephone, or contact us through ebay. Please remember to have the ebay item number or your eBay user ID ready, and any other necessary information to help us find your order information quickly and effectively. We will do our best to answer all inquiries within one business day or less, unless continued communication is needed to help us solve the issue. The best ways to reach us is by phone, at (888) 729-6074 , or through eBay messages / direct email.
Please note when contacting us that we work normal business hours (9 am to 4 pm EST, with a 30 minute lunch from 12 to 12:30 pm EST), and do not have weekend or holiday hours at this time; we apologize for any inconvenience.
Payment
We only accept PayPal (through the eBay system) at this time. Do not send a payment directly through PayPal (in an attempt to bypass the eBay system) as our system will not recognize the payment, we will not be alerted, and eBay may open an unpaid item case against the item. Please make payment within 7 days of winning an item. If you are waiting on other items to end, please remember to keep track of the first item won/bought (without payment having been made), as the 7 day grace period starts with the first item in your payment “queue”, not the last. We understand that unexpected things come up so please contact us should you have any foreseeable problems with your payment. Please do not wait until the 7th day or later to contact us, as eBay will automatically open an unpaid item case at that point.
Important Payment & Tax Information

Full payment must be received within 7 days from the end of an auction or the auction will be cancelled and voided. We reserve the right to re-list the item if payment is not received within the 7 day grace period after the auction / "Buy It Now" listing is closed.

Please read the entire descripton before bidding! We cannot stress this enough; if there is anything that seems unclear or you have a question about, be sure to contact us BEFORE you commit to buy / bid on the item. Any items being returned because of failure to read the listing thoroughly will be returned via the buyer, and we will not cover return costs.

We do not, no matter what the case or circumstance, ship to any country / state outside of the continental United States (this includes Hawaii and Alaska). Any buyer who manages to get through eBay's bidding blocks we have set to avoid this issue, will be refunded and have an email sent to them explaining our policy and with our apologies. If you purchase an item and have it shipped within the continental United States, then forward it to yourself outside of the continental United States to find you need to return it for any reason, please refer to our Return Policy above for further information.

Bidding Policies

You agree to contact us with any questions or concerns with your purchase and agree to provide us with an opportunity to resolve any outstanding concerns to your complete satisfaction before leaving feedback or DSR stars. We will do our best to resolve ANY situation presented.
Non-Paying Bidders
We always contact buyers who haven't paid within seven days of the auctions end to try to work out a payment arrangement. Most of these instances have extenuating circumstances behind the non-payment, which we completely understand, and will make every effort to work with.
It is IMPERATIVE to contact us should you have trouble making payment on your order. We will report any and all non-paying bidders who do not contact us, or cannot be reached, to arrange payment. If an unpaid item case is opened against you (either by us or by eBay) and you make payment (or agree to cancel the transaction) before the unpaid item cases's deadline, we will make sure no negative marks are recorded on your account in relation to said case.
Customer Pick Up
All pickups need to be paid (and cleared) via PayPal 24 hours in advance of picking up your item. Only PayPal payment is accepted for Pick-up orders; we will not accept credit cards, personal checks, money orders, or cash.If you have any questions, or would like to make sure your PayPal payment has cleared and your item is ready to be picked up, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Shipping and Insurance
We ship all orders fast! Orders ship within one business day of receipt of payment (weekends and holidays excluded). Some orders ship the same day depending on the time of day that your payment is received and cleared. It is our firm belief that once a product is paid for, it should be shipped as soon as possible.
Please report any package damage to us immediately upon receipt of the package, and we will be glad to investigate and take care of the problem right away.
Privacy Statement
Personal information collected during the purchase process is completely confidential. We will not sell or trade your personal information to third parties. We will never use your email address in any way other than to contact you about your current purchases, and will never send you SPAM email.
