I purchased an item from this seller that was listed as “NEW” When I received the item it had wear marks on it which clearly showed that the item was used. After contacting the seller, he tried to justify it by telling me “that was the item shown in the picture (which didn’t show detail) and that he had a new sealed one if a wanted it? But, would have to receive the first one before sending that one. Why not ship the new one in the first place? Look up eBay’s Criteria for “NEW”
