What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard and American Express through our own merchant account, we also accept Paypal, Money Orders and Personal Checks.

Where do I mail my Payment?
Please send it, along with a print-out of the item page(s) or invoice, your eBay ID name, email address and your shipping address, to: Basil-Ltd, 345 Merrick Road , Robbinsville , NJ 08691 .


When is my payment due?
Payment must be received within 10 days. If we don't hear from you and payment is not received, we will relist the item(s) and file a Non Paying Bidder Alert with eBay.   In regards to custom orders (Wedding Rings, Stone Set Claddagh Rings, Mother’s Pendant’s), the custom item will be ordered after payment is received.

Where do you ship from?

We ship from the state of New Jersey. 

 

When will you ship my item and how long will it take for me to receive it?

We ship immediately upon receipt of payment for credit card payments or PayPal instant payment from a PayPal balance or with a credit card.

 

If you pay by personal check or PayPal e-check, we may hold the item until the check clears at our discretion.  Money Orders may also be held to clear. 

 

We ship best way and use USPS First Class, Priority and UPS ground.  We ship Monday through Saturday.

 

How can I track my shipment?
You can track your items shipped via UPS.  Please request the tracking number one day after the item has shipped.  USPS does not offer tracking but I ship everything with delivery confirmation.  Usually this will only tell you that that item has shipped but not when to expect it.  If you would like the delivery confirmation number please email and request it.

Where is my item?
Please feel free to contact us, but be sure to provide your eBay id, last name and the item numbers so we can quickly research this issue for you.

Do you ship outside the United States ?
Yes I ship to Canada.  All other countries please email a request it depends on the item and the ship to location.  Duty and any import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

Are your items new?
Yes, all items are brand new and sold from a smoke-free facility.

Do you have more than what's in your eBay Store?
Always! We also purchase form so many Irish and domestic vendors that we can special order just about anything available.  So if you are looking for something specific, please contact us directly for more information.

 Problems with Bidding or Buying


I accidentally hit the Buy it Now button twice but I want only one item. What do I do?
No problem. Just e-mail us and let us know

The process requires both parties to take action. eBay will require us (the seller) to file a Non Paying Bidder Alert after 7 days. The reason noted will be "we have mutually agreed to not complete the transaction." Once we file this, you will receive a response from eBay requiring you to take action. Please respond and close the issue and you will not have an unpaid item strike, nor will you be obligated to pay for the item.

When do You Post Feedback for Me?
I do participate in the feedback system. Because of the high volume of our business, we post positive feedback via an automatic posting tool when it is left for us.

 Return Policy

 

Do you accept returns?

Yes! We have a seven day return policy from date of delivery - refund of purchase price only.  Shipping is not refundable.  Items must be returned in new unused,, unaltered condition.  Some special or custom orders are excluded from our policy.  Exclusions will be listed within the individual listings.  Ask if you are not sure.

 

A return authorization number is required.  Please email or call for the (RA#).  You are responsible for repackaging the item (please take extra care with fragile items) and ensuring safe return.  Please insure your return..
