We only ship to the address that is verified and confirmed with PayPal. If you need your item to be shipped to a different address than what you currently have listed, you will need to update the address with PayPal and eBay before checkout. Please make sure you do this as PayPal will not confirm a different address after checkout.
Please notify if your item needs to be delivered to P.O. box or APO/FPO addresses. Posted shipping prices do not include these addresses.

DOMESTIC STANDARD SHIPPING
Posted domestic shipping prices are for the lower 48 states only and are shipped USPS Standard Flat Rate. Shipping to HI, AK, & PR are shipped Priority Mail only(Request a quote before posting payment). After check out notify us or send a invoice request for the correct total and we will send a updated invoice.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Pricing to Canada is posted on all listings under Shipping and handling.
All international shipments are sent USPS International Priority Mail only.

The way it works is that you pay the full shipping amount for the item with the highest shipping charge, and then 50% shipping for each additional item (domestic). (For example, if you buy 3 items with shipping charges of $30, $20 and $10, the total shipping will be: $30 + $10 + $5 = $45).
Invoice totals can not be adjust after payment and a refund will not be issued for discounts.
You will receive an automatically generated e-mail with tracking or delivery confirmation information when your item has shipped.

We will provide the warehouse address in response for a updated invoice for payment after checkout. Make sure you do not pay until we have updated the invoice total, adjustments can not be made after payment. Pick up is available based on when payment is received.

EXCHANGE/RETURN POLICIES:
Only a exchange or replacement will be made, in the unusual occurrence of a missing or defective part.
Requests for exchanges or returns must be made within 14 days of item arrival/delivery and must have seller's approval in the form of a Return Authorization to be eligible for a return.
Most of our products are covered by manufacturer's warranty. Please refer to manufacturer’s terms and conditions. The type of warranty will depend on the product, review the item description for your item listing. We will be happy to assist you with phone numbers or web addresses if the information is not enclosed with your item.
We can not be responsible if the item's finish does not match "absolutely". Due to variations in cameras, scanner settings, lighting conditions, monitor settings, etc... colors may differ slightly from the actual product. Manufacturer's finishes do very from one another, regardless of finish description/title, and can change over time.
We will not process any returns or exchanges without a Return Authorization and the requested information needed to complete these actions.
Returned items must be received in the original condition (uninstalled, including all parts, written materials and packaging), along with your eBay information (Auction Number, Seller ID, etc.), and a print out of your Return Authorization.
If you choose not to keep the item due to a change of heart or you decline a replacement and exchange, the buyer is responsible for return shipping charges and a 10% restocking fee will be imposed for all refunded items. A refund will be made less shipping charges and restocking fee.
Upon inspection and acceptance a refund will be made within 7 business days of item arrival to our warehouse.
