Bid Responsibly - failure
to complete an auction will result in negative feedback and possible suspension.
ONLY BID if you plan on buying.
It is our policy to only leave feedback if you leave feedback first. Negative feedback
left without allowing us to fix a problem will result in negative feedback being
left for you.
We reserve the right to cancel any auction or transaction for any reason.
We do not answer emails , process orders or make shipments on weekends and holidays.

Although we try to keep all items in stock, we sell our items through sources other
than eBay, and sometimes items sell out before we have a chance to update our eBay
store. In these cases, we will refund your payment immediately -- No Backorders.
LISTING ERRORS: We will not honor any bids on items listed in error -- or on items
containing listing errors (even if you sent us payment). We will refund your payment
immediately in these cases.
Shipping Policy
All small package Domestic
shipments are shipped via FEDEX or UPS. All heavy freight shipments are processed
through our in house freight quote system. We use various carriers to help you get
the best shipping price.
To assist our military service men abroad we will ship to Military Mail Box, APO's
or FPO's. We do not allow any other P.O. Box shipments and will only accept shipments
to a verified address.
The shipping prices quoted are actual cost based on FEDEX or UPS current rates based
on your address and zip code.
Insurance is included in the cost of shipping
We do ship world wide and our INTERNATIONAL shipping is based on current UPS RATES.
No sales tax outside CA. CA customers pay 7.75% state sales tax. No sales tax with
valid CA resale permit - or if shipped outside California.
Shipping time takes 1 to 2 days of order processing unless otherwise stated in the
auction - plus 3 to 7 days transit time. You can expect your order to be delivered
in 4 to 10 business days after the order is processed. Orders normally ship via
FEDEX. Once a tracking number is assigned, you will be notified by our automated
email system. If you require expedited shipping on your order, please ask and we
can accommodate almost any shipping request. Some limitations do apply so please
email or call 800-269-6580 with any questions.
Local Pickup is available at our warehouse location in Rancho Cordova, California.
Payment Policy
All payments are expected
within 7 days after the end of the auction. We reserve the right to file a NON-PAYING
bidder alert if the payment is not received with 7 days.
Send Paypal payments to Info@BMRparts.com - We only ship to the confirmed
address.
We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Cashier checks and
Money orders.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS must pay by BIDPAY, Bank Wire Transfer, Cashier Check, or International
Money Order. These are the only payment methods we accept for International Orders.
Personal Checks are accepted for domestic orders - but we will hold your order for
10 business days in order for your check to clear before we ship.
WARRANTY AND RETURN POLICY
All parts are guaranteed
to work properly for a period of 6 months from the purchase date. This warranty does
not cover installation labor or any additional expenses that may result from a defective
product. We do offer free shipping on any defective items.
Your satisfaction is our goal - and we stand behind all the products that we sell.
Please make sure that the part you ordered fits before cutting, painting, altering
or final installation. Altered items and custom orders are not refundable or returnable.
Please inspect the parts immediately after receiving your order.
You are responsible for choosing and ordering the correct part for your vehicleís
year, make, model, options, or other application specific details. Please read the
listing description and application interchange parameters carefully. We will not
refund or pay return shipping on items ordered in error. A 35% restocking fee applies
to all returns for items ordered in error -- or not needed.

If a replacement is not available, a full refund for the cost of the part will be
issued. Shipping and handling are not refundable.
The warranty does not cover failure due to abuse, misuse, improper repairs or maintenance,
installation, alteration or modifications.
The warranty does not cover cost of installation, removal, normal wear and tear,
and consequential or subsequent damages.
All sales are final. All returns are for parts exchange or in-store credit only
(no cash refunds). Bavarian Auto Recycling, Inc. accepts no liability for inventory/order

35% percent restocking fee applies on all returns.
We do not pay for the return shipping of any eBay item.

Problems with an
order:
If something is wrong with an order, we certainly do want to help you. Please read
the following for more information on how to proceed.
If you would like to find out the status of your order you may call Customer Service
at 800-269-6580 to obtain order status.
Shipping Problems:
Please inspect your package immediately prior to accepting delivery. Damages and
evidence of tampering on the outer packaging must be noted on the delivery receipt
by the driver.
Shipping Damage:
Damages must be reported and filed with the carrier immediately. Orders lost in transit
must be reported to us immediately. We are not liable for carrier damages. A claim
must be filed with Freight Company to facilitate an exchange. If you received a damaged
product, please report it to us within 48 hours from date of receipt. No exceptions.
Missing Item(s):
Please check the packing slip that was included with your shipment. In order to fill
your order quickly and efficiently with items already in stock, we may have to split
your order into multiple shipments, which we would indicate on the packing slip.
If this is the case, rest assured that you will not be charged any additional shipping
costs beyond those you have originally paid. You may also contact us at 1-800-269-6580
for estimated delivery dates for each item shipment associated with your order.
Incorrect Items:
If you received an incorrect item, this should be reported to us within 3 business
days from the date of receipt. We will arrange pickup via UPS of the incorrect items.
The replacement will only be sent once the original item has been received and confirmed
by us. If the item returned matches the vehicle information in the listing or product
description, you will be charged a 35% restocking fee -- plus shipping and handling
charges both ways.

Packing and Sending
Your Return
You can pack and send your return to us in just a few simple steps.
1. Contact Customer Service at 800-269-6580 to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise
Authorization) number and shipping label. Items returned without an RMA number clearly
visible on the box will be refused by our receiving department.
2. Pack the items in the original boxes together with the original packing slip
(receipt).
3. Write the RMA number that was given to you on the outside of the shipping box
for identification. Items without RMA numbers will be refused.
4. Mail the package back to 3688 Omec Circle, Rancho Cordova , CA 95742. The buyer
is responsible for any return shipping cost incidental to the exchange.
5. Your return will be processed as soon as we receive the item back and inspect
it.
