 | A: Yes. Our items are guaranteed authentic and are from various high end department stores from the United States. |
 | Q: Do you combine shipping for discounts? |

 | A: Yes we combine shipping for discounts - which are less than half price for second item. |
 | Q: Do you ship International and how much is it? |
 |
 | A: We ship worldwide on most items. Please go to the shipping tab in the auction to see the pricing. We ship Priority or Express mail. In some cases we ship First Class if item is less than $30. We ship within 2 business days. Depending how fast your customs offices are, it may take 10-25 days to receive. We do not lower prices on customs forms |
 | Q: Do you offer insurance? |

 | A: Yes. You can add it at checkout. The amount will calculate automatically to cover your final bid price. If it is included - an estimate is in the shipping price and the ACTUAL insurance cost will calculate at checkout to match your final bidding amount.
We purchase insurance through another site so it does not show up on your shipping label. |

 | A: Only if the item is not as described or pictured. Please read auction thoroughly and ask any questions prior to bidding. Bidding is a contract so please be sure before placing a bid. |
 | Q: Can you make items a 'Buy it Now'? |

 | A: If an item already has a bid - we cannot get back in to the auction to add a buy now. We normally do not add buy it now's to auctions so everyone can have a fair chance at bidding. We start our auction prices on average 70% off. We cannot go lower or accept our start price as a buy now price. |

 | A: Yes - no smoking or pets. If an item has a particular smell/fragrance from the store - we will mention it in the description. |
 | Q: Will I get tracking for my order? |

 | A: It will be sent to your Paypal email address and/or be available in the auction: view order details portion. |
 | Q: Can you order different colors/styles/sizes. |

 | A: No - we cannot special order items. |
 | Q: Do you have gift receipts and/or brand boxes? |

 | A: No we do not have gift receipts or boxes. We will list in the description what comes with the item and/or show it in the photos. |
 | Q: Where is my item or when will I get tracking information? |

 | A: A tracking/shipping number will be in your 'view order details' section of the auction plus it will be emailed you from Paypal when the label has been printed. There are some cases, for example with First Class international where tracking is not linked to the auctions. 99% of the time you will get the tracking information as stated. |
