I wasn't in a rush to receive it, and I know there was a holiday in there too, but either a communication about the delay to ship via message or in the description of the items would have garnered a 5 star rating for this transaction. Didn't respond for 3 days, and then only to say "a problem with my item". Offered a refund, but I wanted a substitution for the disappointed gift intendee. No response. Finally contacted Ebay, seller issued refund rather than sending my requested substitution. So here I am 15 days after purchase, starting over. My WORST Ebay seller ever!
