RETURN POLICY

If the item you received is not what you hoped for, you may return it for a refund or a store credit within 30 days from purchase. The item must be returned IN NEW CONDITION and in its original package. NOTE: The 30 Day Return Policy is not applicable to any promotional items. We charge a restocking fee of 20% of the total on the original invoice of the returned product (s) and no issue of refund for shipping / handling fee.

To return an item, please follow 3 simple steps:

Step #1: Please Contact us at asianricebowl2000@yahoo.com.sg, to receive your return authorization code. Please write this authorisation code on the return shipping label and the original invoice. The original invoice must be included in the returned package.

Step #2: Secure all merchandise in the original packaging. We cannot accept merchandise that has been used or damaged, NO EXCEPTIONS. Please pack it as securely as possible, to avoid damage while in transit.

Step #3: Ship your purchase to: BeadStrukt Asia C/o May Wong Vbox 888208 S919191 Singapore You can ship via any trackable postal service. Insure the package for the full amount of the purchase price and ship it, with return receipt. We are not responsible for items that are lost in the shipping process and are not liable for yout return shipping costs.

 NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGE WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT AN AUTHORISATION CODE.

Exchanges

If you prefer, you may exchange your beadstruktasia.com purchase for another selection, provided the first purchase is returned within 30 days of purchase. If you prefer an exchange to a refund, we will issue you a full credit (excluding shipping / handling fee) which you can apply to the full price value (non-discounted price) of the selection of your choice. Shipping of exchange shipment to you will be at yours costs. There will be no refunds should the price of new exchange replacement item be below the credit issued. You will need to top up the difference should the price of the new exchange replacement item be higher than the credit value.
