Payment Policies
Immediate PayPal payment required on all purchases. No other forms of payment accepted. Connecticut residents will be charged 6.00% sales tax as required by Connecticut law.
Shipping & Handling
Unless otherwise noted, ALL Shipments are shipped expedited shipping ONLY to street addresses located in the 48 Continental United States, order processed for shipping as indicated in below SHIPPING TIME information. We reserve the right to substitute other shipping carriers than what may be noted on the listing (delivery companies used are either UPS, FedEX, DHL, or USPS). Shipping times do not include weekends and holidays.
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS: No items are shipped to P.O. Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, Guam, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, or any other area outside of the 48 Continental United States. No International Shipping. No APO/FPO addresses.
Unless otherwise noted in item description, combined shipping discounts are not offered. Combining of orders for volume discounts are not offered unless specifically stated in item description. Note that applicable combined item shipments must be paid within 3 days from date of order or combined shipping discount will automatically be void and substituted with full shipping costs.
SHIPPING TIME: Orders paid with immediately available PayPal funds will be processed within three business days of order placement. If paying with PayPal eCheck, order will be processed once PayPal informs us that payment has cleared. Orders placed on the weekend will be processed within 3 business days after the weekend.
Business hours are Monday thru Friday from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm Eastern Time. Orders placed after 5:00 pm Eastern Time (Monday thru Friday) are considered to be placed the following business day.
Orders are shipped out within 48 hours of order processing (unless item offer indicates otherwise). Note that shipping times do not include weekends and holidays.
Item arrival times are not guaranteed by any of the carriers used in the delivery of items to areas affected by poor weather conditions.
Conditions of Sale
RETURN POLICY (Damaged Items Only): In the unlikely event that you receive a purchase damaged in shipment, please inform us immediately so that a claim can be processed quickly and correctly. Merchandise determined to be damaged will be exchanged for same item merchandise. Otherwise, all sales are final and no other form of returns accepted.
FOR UNROASTED COFFEE BEAN PURCHASES ONLY: If you purchase unroasted coffee beans (also known as Green coffee beans) they need to be roasted before consumption. BeanVillageTM is not responsible for the roasting methodology customers use, or the roast results achieved, when using our green coffee beans.
BACKORDERS: In rare circumstances it is possible that the coffee beans used for a roasted coffee mix/variety or unroasted green coffee bean purchase you ordered may be out of stock and on backorder. If an item is found to be on backorder we will notify you of the estimated shipping date. You may cancel the backordered item at any time prior to shipment, and we will refund the purchase amount of the product plus any applicable shipping fees, with apologies.
