| Q:What is your return policy? |

| A:Returns are normally not granted but will be granted if the listing has grossly misrepresented the product. Shipping costs are not refundable.I am a reasonable person and wish to be contacted if you are unsatisfied with your purchase. There may be a way to work an issue and I am more than willing to try! |
| Q:Do you combine shipping? |

| A:Yes, shipping can be combined. If ordering more than one item from me, I will combine items into one shipment. There is no extra charges for additional items either. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:The handling time is 2 business days. Which means if you order on Monday, your item must be shipped out by Wednesday. If you paid for Priority Mail your item will arrive 2-3 days after handling time. If you are using First Class, your item will arrive between 7 and 9 days after handling time. |
| Q:How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge? |

| A:More often than not, there is no handling charge. If the item is breakable I do charge $2.00 for handling because of the extra material needed to ship it. Handling costs are never more than $2.00. You can get Insurance for your item/s if you'd like. The costs start at $1.75. |
| Q:Do you ship internationally? |

| A:Yes. Please email me for a correct postage rate if the calculators look incorrect, I don't want anyone overpaying or underpaying for shipping. I will always try to ship the cheapest & safest way unless otherwise requested. |
| Q:Is this product/item real or authentic? |

| A:If it says it is real on the listing than it is real. I strive to make each listing truly represent the item. I provide plenty of images, and if the item has issues you will read about it on the listing. It is your responsibility to read the entire listing. Please remember that I am only human and bound to make occasional mistakes! |

| A:I spend a lot of time searching for quality jewelry items at low cost so that I can pass the savings on to you. Just because I sell cheap, it does not mean the product is cheap! Everyone should be able to enjoy beautiful things without going into debt to get them! |
