We do our best to ship items within 24 hours. Our official policy is 4 working days unless the stated in the item description. All equipment is opened and its performance is checked and then repackaged. All our items are well packed. Our free shipping is by Insured Parcel Post through the Post Office. Delivery time varies from 2-10 days depending on your location. For an additional cost we can ship your item by whatever means you prefer. All our items are shipped with delivery confirmation slip which allows us and you to track your item easily. |

All our items are rather complicated electric devices. Please, read the manual prior to use. All of our equipment, unless otherwise specified, is wire for US 120 volts 60 Hz. With the use of the proper converter our devises can be used anywhere in the world. For non US customers please verify the proper voltage before using. Remember – improper voltage will cause damage thus voiding the warranty. |
| ......BROKEN ITEMS |
We check all our items prior to shipping. They all are packed in the Styrofoam and bubble wrap to prevent damage. All items are marked as “Fragile”. Please verify the condition of the package and if you see that it has been damaged during shipping do not accept it and contact us immediately. Please notify us immediately if you find any broken items or if your device doesn’t work proper. |
| ......WARRANTY AND REPAIRS |
Depending on the device, the manufacturer provides either a 6 or 12 month warranty. We now have a US based service center for faster service. In case of manufacturer’s defects we will reimburse you your shipping cost to our facility. Your device will be repaired or replaced in the most expeditious way possible. |
| ......OTHER RETURNS |
In the rare instance you are unhappy with our product for any reason, other than warranty, you may return it within 7 days from the date of acceptance. It must be returned in its original packaging along with the invoice and all paperwork. Shipping and insurance are the purchaser’s responsibility (insurance is required on all returns). There is a 30% re-stocking fee assessed on all returns after 7 but before 45 days. No returns are accepted after 45 days for any reason other than warranty. Thank you for understanding! |
