We are shipping from Shanghai China. We take package shippment seriously.

97% of the parcels we shipped arrived at the destination within 10-20 days.  Each package will have a tracking number. For packages shipped to North America, they are trackable at www.usps.com or www.canadapost.ca.  For packages shipped to rest of the world, they are trackable at a Chinese website http://intmail.183.com.cn/.

Package delay is NOT impossible. There are many reasons causing delay, such as the custom checking or holiday season etc.  If you want to use the item for some specific events, please calculate the days and allows enough time buffer (30 days for the safest).

If you'd like to pay additional 10.00 USD, we can arrange to ship the package using EMS (Express Mail Service www.ems.com.cn/english-main.jsp).  EMS service guarantee you the on-time delivery within 5-8 business days. We only provide EMS service for the following countries and areas: USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Western European and Southern Eastern Asia.
