Every effort will be made to ship orders within 24-48 hours except weekends and postal holidays. All packages will have a delivery confirmation on them as well. 1. Rest assured that all items listed in auction and store listings are FULL SIZE RETAIL PRODUCTS, NEW AND IN BOX!
2. I will offer combined shipping when possible and a discount is determined on quantity and size of products which is determined when invoice is sent. I do not make money on shipping and sometimes because of packaging I actually lose money. I do make every effort to have fair shipping costs.
3. I value great customer service so I usually ship within 24 hours of payment and products are usually received in 2-3 days when priority is used or 3-5 when first class is used.
4. I am not under any contract with Mary Kay nor have I ever been. I do purchase from reliable sources so rest assured you are getting quality products- FRESH and NEW unless otherwise noted as I do carry some previous edition and discontinued items.
