You may return any unopened merchandise in its original condition sold by BeautyOnFifthAve within 20 days from the ship date.
To qualify, simply initiate the return within 7 days from the ship date and ensure that the item is in its original condition including: packaging, manuals, warranties, accessories, security seals. We must receive your item back within 15 days of when we originally shipped it to you. Please allow us 14 days from the time we receive your item to process your return.
