Cloud9 Bedding guarantees that your Cloud9 Memory Foam product will be replaced or repaired at our option, without cost to you (with the exception of any shipping and handling fees incurred) any time within the first 90 days of purchase, should it be deemed defective because of faulty workmanship or structural defects during the first 90 days of the warranty, excluding the specific limitations contained herein. It is understood that this limited warranty does not include a normal increase in softness of the Cloud9 visco elastic material or a decrease in the slow recovery feature of the visco-elastic foam these qualities do not affect the known pressure relieving qualities of the foam. The mattress pad and mattresses have been designed to work with a firm matterss / surface, completely flat. The warranty and other implied performance guarantees are based on tests conducted on the mattress pad with such mattresses as "sets." It does cover any deterioration in the cell-structure of the foam that causes the mattress or mattress pad to have a visible indentation greater than one and one half (1.5) of an inch of foam thickness, not associated with a sag in the foundation, box springs, platform or mattress. It also covers any physical flaw in the mattress pad or mattress that causes the foam to split or crack despite normal usage and proper handling. If such defects occur during the first 90 days of this limited warranty we will, at our option, repair the mattress or mattress pad at a handling cost to you, or replace the mattress or mattress pad at a handling charge to you. After the first 90 days of the prorated, 20 year period, the prorated replacement charge will be twenty five (25) percent of the original purchase price. The prorated charge will increase by two and one half (2.5) percent for each subsequent year of the prorated period up to 10 years. After the first 10 years of the prorated, 20 year period, the prorated replacement charge will increase to by another twenty five (25) percent of the original purchase price. The remaining prorated charge will continue to increase by two and one half (2.5) percent for each subsequent year of the prorated period up to 20 years. The cotton mattress cover is warranted for two (2) years against faults in material or workmanship and we will, at our option, repair the cover at a handling cost to you, or replace the cover at a prorated charge to you. After the first 30 days of the prorated, 2 year period, the prorated replacement charge will be fifty (50) percent of the original purchase price. The prorated charge will increase by twenty five (25) percent for each subsequent year of the prorated period . The memory foam pillows are warranted for five (5) years against faults in material or workmanship and we will, at our option, repair the pillow at a handling cost to you, or replace the pillow at a prorated charge to you. After the first 30 days of the prorated, 5 year period, the prorated replacement charge will be fifty (50) percent of the original purchase price. The prorated charge will increase by ten (10) percent for each subsequent year of the prorated period. All warranties contained herein shall not apply if the mattress pad, pillow, or cover has been physically damaged, burned, cut, torn, or is in anyway soiled or unsanitary. This warranty is valid only to the original purchaser of the product. All transportation costs are the responsibility of the purchaser and are additional to any prorated charges. You must provide proof of purchase for any warranty claim. This includes any form of online receipt that you need to keep for your records. This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
