Hello and Welcome To Bella's Nest

This page is to help all who will be shopping at Bella's Nest. I sell mostly items that are related to both pet and wild birds. I also have other home & gift items as well, so take a stroll through the store! I sell quality items and provide quality service. If you are not happy with an item for any reason, I have a 3 day return policy, except where noted on certain items. Everything that I sell is in stock and I try and ship ASAP, sometimes the same day, (as long as you have paid!) If you have paid with echeck, then I will wait for it to clear before shipping,  which usually takes 3-5 days.

I ship all items to you by USPS, a few items are by UPS.  I ship by the weight of the item(s) including the packing materials. The fees that are charged are that of the USPS, not mine. The Post Office will not ship if you don't pay the full postage for delivery for your items!! I do offer combined shipping. That is set up by Ebay, where if  you purchase more than 1 item from me, the auto ship calculator will total the weight of all of the items and figure the adjusted shipping cost for you. Where possible, I offer alternative shipping choices.

Please note, First Class & Parcel Post can take up to 2 weeks or longer to ship through the USPS after it is shipped out by me. 

Please be advised, once your item has left me and is shipped, I can no longer do anything about your item, except track it's location for you. It is the USPS 's responsibility. All items do get shipped with Delivery Confirmation. Thank you for your understanding.

Items that do not have shipping insurance purchased during checkout, will not be replaced. If available, them(s) may be repurchased.

If you have any questions about an item, please use the Ebay message center. I will answer every email. I do my best to check it through out the day.

I will also send to another address for you if you are sending your purchase as a gift.

And yes, that is what Bella looks like , she is a Green -winged Macaw. The second largest Macaw.
