Our rigorous quality control procedures set the standard for other stores to follow. In the event a part doesn't meet our standards or is no longer in stock, we'll immediately notify you and give you the options of a replacement or a full refund. We work hard to make sure your order is shipped quickly. Most small parts are shipped same day or in 1 business day. In some cases, we may require 2-3 business days before a part can be shipped. UPS & USPS SHIPMENTS: For small items (i.e. starters, alternators, AC Compressors, etc) we ship UPS & USPS at our discretion. We route items via UPS & USPS to make sure you receive your part in the fastest time possible. We also purchase insurance on every shipment and that is included in the shipping & handling cost. Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost, please contact us if your order requires expediting. Tracking numbers are automatically emailed to you by the carrier. Please check your junk email & spam filter before requesting a tracking number from us. We gladly combine shipping on items to help save you money on the shipping costs. FREIGHT SHIPMENTS: For large/oversized items (i.e. Engines, transmissions, etc) we ship via Common Freight Carriers. The companies are chosen at our discretion, and they require a Commercial/Business address in the continental USA or Canada to ship to. The facility must have a forklift, loading dock, or other proper lift equipment to remove the part from a tractor trailer. An example of this is the shop doing the repair work for you. Please obtain permission from the facility to have the part shipped to them. NO RESIDENTIAL ADDRESSES, which includes shops that work out of a home. If a proper commercial address cannot be provided, have our eBay Parts Department locate a terminal near you where you can pick the part up. We do our best to keep them as close of a drive as possible for you, but in some cases they can be a considerable distance. We recommend you call us when a terminal pickup is required.
Freight prices for oversized items are in every listing. We provide you with the tracking information for your part once it is shipped. We are not responsible for any additional charges required by the trucking companies for any reason, including the following: address correction, redelivery, lift gate & unloading assistance, extended area delivery or residential delivery. We are also not responsible for any delays during transit.
It is also very important to make sure the shipment is carefully inspected before signing for it upon delivery. If the parts appear damaged from shipping, it is imperative the shipment is not signed for and that you contact our eBay Parts Department immediately to start a claim. Even if no damage is apparent, take the time to open any packaging and perform a visual inspection.
