 | A: Usually, when you pay with paypal, your item will be shipped within 1-3 business days, when you send a cashiers check or money order, your item should be shipped within 1-4 business days from the day we receive payment, and items paid for pay personal check will go out within 7 business days from the date of receipt. |

 | A: We do our feedback in batches, not one at a time. This saves us valuable time. Please be patient. We always leave positive feedback unless someone just doesn't pay or respond to any of our emails. |
 | Q: Do you offer tracking or insurance? |

 | A: Priority Mail does not come with standard tracking. Delivery Confirmation is available but must be purchased separately. We recommend insurance, but it is optional. We are not responsible for items lost or stolen that are not insured. |
 | Q: Can I pick up my items at your store? |

 | A: We work out of our home and live in the middle of a Citrus Grove. We do not generally invite customers to our home. However, or occasion, my husband can take the packages to his office for you to pick up. Please make arrangements prior to stopping by. |
 | Q: Do you answer all email? |

 | A: We do our best to answer all emails as quickly as possible. If you haven't received an answer to your question, I am either looking for an answer, or if it's the weekend, I'm with my family. I don't generally work on ebay on the weekend. |
