| A:You will receive an email notification. Usually, an item is shipped within 3 business days after a payment is received and cleared. |

| A:Within the US , delivery times is 2 to 7 business days.
Internationally, delivery to a country of destination takes about 3-7 business days PLUS delivery time within that country (delivery times within different countries vary greatly).

| Q:Is there package tracking information available (US buyers)? |

| A:All domestic packages are shipped with delivery confirmation. Since it does not allow tracking
status of the package that is en-route, but shows only USPS acceptance of the package and delivery time, you should contact the seller for delivery confirmation number only if you have not received your package in 7 business days after it was shipped. |

| A:All international packages are shipped without delivery confirmation and tracking ability. If you purchase optional shipping insurance during checkout, it will cover any package loss during delivery. |

| Q:Is it possible to substitute an item I won for a different one that I like more? |

| A:Unfortunatelly, this option is not offered. You will receive the item that you won. |
| Q:Can I receive combined shipping discount on purchases paid separatelly? |

| A:The items are shipped in an order payments are completed. It means that every separate payment is a separate order and it is shipped in separate box. Therefore, since shipping is not combined, combined shipping discount does not apply. |
