Return Policy
Our products come with a 30 day money back guaranteed. At your own expense, you may return any unopened product(s) for a refund as long as the product has not been tampered with and is in resalable condition. The shipping, handling and insurance charge for the order is nonrefundable. There will be a 15% restocking fee for any returns. Cancellation should be done before your order has been shipped. Please note that there will be a 5% order cancellation processing fee.
Shipping Policy
Orders are processed within 24 hours. Orders are ship from Monday through Friday via USPS or UPS. You may select a specific shipping method for speed of delivery. The method of payment also affects the speed of delivery. If a money order was sent, we must wait until the money order is clear before we can ship your products out. This usually takes 5-7 business days from the day that we receive your money order. We are not responsible for lost or missing orders that have been shown as delivered to the address you provided us in your order. Insurance claims may be filed for only UNDELIVERED or DAMAGED PACKAGES. Insurance claims cannot be filed for LOST or MISSING packages that are shown as delivered.
