Payment Policies:
 After winning an item or doing a "Buy it Now" you can click the pay now button on the auction page to go to our checkout page. We accept PayPal. We provide fast and easy secure, online credit card processing for customers paying by that method, and our secure checkout feature through PayPal.com allows our customers the option to pay directly with their major credit card, or send a payment through Paypal.com. Items paid for by Echeck will be held for 10 days to make sure that the check clears. If you're having trouble paying online, please email us at info@bestservicestores.com with your daytime and nighttime phone numbers and we'll call you and take your payment over the phone.
Shipping Policies:
 Best Service Stores has an excellent reputation for Fast and Reliable Shipping. Most items are shipped within 24 hours of receiving payment. Every instrument is checked before being shipped and packed with care. We guarantee every item to arrive in perfect un-damaged condition.
All packages are insured at no additional charge. We ship most items through UPS ground, which means your package will usually arrive within 2-6 business days after we receive your payment.
We email each customer their tracking number as soon as their item is shipped. If you don't see this email, check your junk mail folder. If it's not there either, email us via ebay's system and let us know you haven't received the tracking number email yet. We will email you back via ebay's system with the information.
Canadian Bidders: Please feel welcome here. We love doing business with Canada and we ship to several packages to Canada every day. The shipping charges are slightly higher, so please email us with your postal code and the item you're interested it to inquire about shipping costs before bidding. Our payment system makes us manually enter in the shipping costs to Canada, so after you win an item or do a buy it now, click the checkout link and enter in your shipping info on our site. We'll fill in the shipping cost and send you an email letting you know your invoice has been updated and you can make your payment now.
Orders from Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO orders are welcome and will be shipped through U.S. Mail. Please inquire about additional shipping charges before bidding. Note: All transit time estimates are in terms of business days (Mon-Fri). UPS does not pick up or deliver packages on Saturday and Sunday. Generally any order made before 10am CST will go out same day, and orders made after that will go out the next business day.
Return Policies:
We are proud to offer a Satisfaction Guarantee on every product we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days. See Details Below:
Returns: Returned item(s) must be returned in original condition with their original packaging. Customers interested in returning an item must email us within 30 days of receiving the item for a return authorization number. A return authorization number must be issued before sending any item back. Returns without a return authorization number will not be accepted. Once a return authorization number is issued, the item must be returned to BestServiceStores.com within a period of 2 weeks, or the return will not be accepted. Customers returning items that are not defective or damaged will be responsible for all shipping charges, both to and from Best Service Stores. Items that quality for free shipping still cost us money to ship, and we can not refund those charges. Please note: all returns must arrive to us in their original condition, inside all their original packaging. If an item is not returned in this manner, the customer will be liable to compensate Best Service Stores for damages caused to the item due to their failure to follow these instructions, and/or the cost of replacing the original packaging materials. A restocking fee of 10-15% will be deducted from the refund amount to cover the cost of credit card transaction fees, packaging, and labor costs associated with the return. This policy applies to everything except drums. Drum kits cannot be returned or exchanged. If there are any defective pieces on a drum kit, those pieces will be promptly replaced.
Damaged and Defective Items: Best Service Stores guarantees every item to arrive in perfect un-damaged condition. If for some reason you receive a damaged or defective item, we must be notified within 7 days so we can file a damage claim and get a replacement sent to you as soon as possible. Replacements will be shipped at no additional charge to the customer. Please note: Damaged or Defective items must still be returned in their original condition, inside all their original packaging. If an item is not returned in this manner, the customer will be liable to compensate bestservicestores.com for any extra damages caused to the item due to their failure to follow these instructions. Returns from customers deciding to receive a refund for a damaged or defective item instead of exchanging for a new item in good condition will be treated the same as a non-defective return.
Exchanges: Exchanges may be made at any time within 30 days of original purchase. If exchanging for an upgraded item additional costs will need to be covered by the buyer. When exchanging, the buyer will be responsible for all shipping/handling costs in both directions. If the returned item(s) meets all return & exchange policies, the buyer can expect the exchange item(s) to be mailed within 3 business days. Restocking fees may apply if the item being exhchanged is returned without all of the original packing material, incomplete, or not in it's original condition, so please be sure to follow our instructions carefully.
Cancellations: Any orders cancelled before the item is shipped out will be refunded minus a 7.5% cancellation fee (this fee is higher than the fee for a cancellation for an order bought off of our website, due to the high cost of ebay fees). The only exception to this policy occurs when the order is cancelled due to an excessive wait time (e.g. if bestservicestores.com oversells on an item and won't have it back in stock quickly), in which case no cancellation fee will be charged and the order will be refunded competely.
Refunds: Refunds will be issued by check, or credit applied to credit card. Best service Stores will notify buyer via e-mail of refund once the item has been received and processed. Buyer can expect a refund to be sent within 3 business days after Best Service Stores has received the return item.
