How it works:
In order for us to give you the most accurate price quote, we have provided a form for you to fill out with specifications of your pendant. After you submit the form, you will be asked to email us any drawings or pictures you may have of your desired design.

You will receive an email within 72 hours of your initial request with the final price quote for the item. If you decide to order the item, your deposit will be used towards the quoted price. If we cannot accomodate your design or you decide not to order the pendant, your deposit will be returned to you in full.

Once you have decided that you want to go ahead with the order, we ask for a 25% deposit to initiate the manufacturing process. We generally need approximately 3 weeks to complete your order. Once the item is ready and paid for in full, the pendant will be shipped via overnight mail.
