Do you offer combined shipping?

We do offer combined shipping if you send in a single payment for your order. You don't need to pay right away, even on a buy it now auction. Just let me know when you are finished shopping and I will send a combined invoice. We allow up to 14 days for payment to be received, so you have plenty of time to shop around for great deals.

How does the Flat Rate Envelope option work?

We can fit up to 10 of the 9 gram Bare Escentuals makeup containers into a flat rate envelope. We are unable to ship any bulky, heavy or liquid items in a flat rate envelope. There can only be a maximum of 10 items shipped in each flat rate envelope. There is no tracking ability and no insurance offered on flat rate envelope shipments, and orders with a value of $100 or more may not be able to ship via this method. It will only be offered on a case by case basis.

• United States Priority F/R Envelope - $5.95
• Canada Priority F/R Envelope - $11.95
• Europe, Asia, Middle-East, South-America, Africa Priority F/R Envelope - $13.95

Is there going to be tracking information available on my order?

All shipments to the United States will have a delivery confirmation number (not really a tracking number, but does provide some limited status updating). Our shipping crew will email the delivery confirmation number to you when your order ships.

First Class International and International Flat Rate Envelope options do not have any tracking ability, the delivery times on those shipments varies greatly (usually between 1-3 weeks).

International Priority and Express Mail shipments do provide tracking capability, tracking information will be emailed to you at the time of shipment.

International Customers - If your total order value before postage exceeds $100, we will determine on a case by case basis which shipping methods will be offered. Most of these orders will be required to ship via Priority Mail International or Express Mail International as these services provide tracking information and their delivery times are much more reliable.

Are all items brand new and authentic?

Yes, all items are brand new and exactly as stated on the listing pages. Each item comes in original factory packaging unless otherwise stated.
