If there is a description available for our books, we take the time to type it in, right from the book if we have to. It is a rare occasion, but if there isn't enough information, we are always there to answer any question you have.
  • We are fair. Although we sell some high priced items, we do not place outrageous rules on our buyers. We don't demand that you have a specific feedback rating, in fact we welcome new buyers. We feel honored that new customers are willing to trust us with their first eBay purchase. We will never deny anyone a chance to be our customer.
  • We won't hold your feedback hostage. We will leave feedback for you, even if feedback is not left for us. Because we are so confident that you will have a positive experience with us, we are happy to leave deserving feedback for all of our customers after the transaction is complete.
