Can you tell me more about the condition of products you
sell?
Items we sell are absolutely
authentic, first-quality {as noted (NEW), new with tags (NWT), new without tags
(NWOT), or new in box (NIB)}, are not used, not from an outlet, and not marked
as seconds, unless specifically indicated otherwise.
We often sell
brands that have a lifetime warranty, however any applicable worksmanship warranties
or product durability guarantees are strictly between the buyer and the product
manufacturer. We do not act as an intermediary in such matters.
I would like to save $$$. How is combined shipping calculated?
Combined shipping rates are available for multiple purchases
shipping together! Generally speaking,
discounts are automatically applied at checkout, but otherwise, we use the following
rules.
Step
1) Decide which items to purchase. Next,
select an available shipping method for your region from the rate box below each
item's description.
Step 2) Determine
your "base rate". The item with the
highest quoted S&H for the shipping method selected is your
base rate.
Step 3) For
each additional item, add 50% of that item's quoted S&H rate
to the base rate. This is your new S&H rate
total.
Remember, when calculating, always use the same shipment method.
For
example: Assume you purchase three items and select an applicable shipment method
from the S&H Rate Box at the bottom of each item listing. Let's say S&H
rates for that method are $8.00 on item #1, $5.00 on item #2, $4.00 on item #3.
To calculate your total S&H rate, apply the base rate ($8.00), plus 50% of
quoted rate for item #2 ($2.50), plus 50% of quoted rate for item #3 ($2.00).
Your new total would = $12.50.
It has been our experience that percentage-based
shipping discounts are the most fairly applied method.

Why
do some customers have to pay sales tax?
We are a Florida corporation (a business incorporated in the state of FL), located
in the United States. As such, we are required to collect and remit sales tax
on purchases made by customers having merchandise shipped to addresses within
the state of Florida.
The FL sales tax rate is assessed at 7.000%.
All other customers, making purchases and having items shipped to addresses
that are not located within the state of Florida, are for our purposes, sales
tax-exempt, and do not have sales tax collected from them at the point of purchase.
However, please note that local, state and federal tax reporting guidelines may
require customers to self-report such purchases on their annual returns. We do
not have involvement, or advice, in that process. Consult your respective officials
or tax preparer for more information.
Your listings are in US Dollars -- how will this equal in
my country's currency?
We welcome
international buyers from around the world. Click the button below to use a tool

When "Best Offer" is enabled, which offers will
be considered?
Occasionally, we will
list items with eBay's Best Offer feature enabled. If you feel that you must attempt
to negotiate a price, this is the feature that you must use to do it.
In cases where a customer elects to make a Best Offer, we expect offers will be
reasonable. The feature is ideally called "Best Offer" for that very
reason. Do not try and lowball us. It won't work, and will only waste time. Place
offers as if they were your highest. Keep in mind that stated Buy It Now prices
are already very fair, and well below manufacturer suggested retail prices. While
you're tendering a Best Offer, someone else may make a Buy It Now purchase. We
may elect to "Counter-Offer" an offer, in which case, please act quickly,
before someone else does!
We reserve the right to decline any offers
that are considered less than reasonable or without merit. If we decline an offer,
do not be offended or upset. We simply must meet certain thresholds in selling
products. We reserve the right to temporarily suspend, or altogether stop using
the Best Offer feature at any time.
What are the terms of your return and exchange policies?

If quality is at issue, or an incorrect item is received, please
contact us immediately for prompt resolution.
All returns require
advance approval, which must be requested within (7) days of delivery receipt.
Only US residents are eligible. Returns are not accepted from smoking households,
and regretably not available to international customers. We also reserve the right
to refuse any request that we deem to be unacceptable. All sales are final on
previously-used/previously owned products that were not sold and offered as new.
Upon return approval, merchandise must be received at our specified return
address within an additional (7) days, and must be in the same condition (new,
unused, complete with tags) as sold, purchased and received. It is important that
returns include the packing slip enclosed with the original shipment.
Customers are required to notify us when a return shipment has begun its transit
and is then presently en route. The shipping carrier used to make the return,
the selected service level, and appropriate tracking data should be specified
at that time. Returns should always be sent via a trackable method, and insurance
is recommended. We take no responsibility, and have no obligations, towards return
shipments that do not safely arrive back in our possession.
Refunds
are issued after returned goods are physically received. Allow up to (7) days
following confirmed return receipt for refunds to be issued. Unless an incorrect
or flawed item was received, the greater value of $5.00 or 15% restocking fees
will apply, and will be deducted from the affected portion of original purchase
order totals. Unless an incorrect or flawed item was received, shipping charges,
both the original amount, as well as the return costs, are non-refundable and
will not be credited. Returns will be subject to inspection. If an item fails
inspection for any reason, including deviation from its original condition, refund
credit may be reduced or denied.
Customers may elect to make a return
for the intended purpose of exchanging an item, whether similar or not, but are
subject to our then current product inventory availability. In such situations,
however, all provisions stated above will still apply. Exchanges will be treated
as returns, coupled with an entirely new sales order of the "replaced-for"
item.
