Wigs, opened
hosiery items, mustaches, beards, make-up and over-the-head masks are non-refundable, which is industry standard for health code reasons, unless
the item is unworn, unopened, unused and in the original packaging.
All other items may be returned for a refund as long as you request such
refund within 48 hours of receiving your item and the item is unopened, in
original packaging and unused.

you wish to return an unopened item for a refund, please contact us at sales@bgalcostumes.com
within 48 hours of receiving the item for return authorization.
Returns must be received back to us within seven days. Once
the item is received in return, we will issue a full refund of the
original bid price; however, please note that we do not
refund original or return shipping costs unless we sent you the wrong item in
error. If so, we will pay for you to return the item and will send
you the correct item. ITEMS
RECEIVED IN RETURN THAT APPEAR USED, WORN, SMELLING OF SMOKE, PETS,
BODY ODOR, HAIR, ETC. OR THAT ARE MISSING PIECES (PACKAGING, TAGS, ETC.)
WILL BE REFUSED AND RETURNED TO SENDER.
EXCHANGING
COSTUMES FOR SIZE ISSUES:
Please be sure to read the auction carefully for sizing and measurement
information. If you purchase a costume that does not fit, we will
exchange for a different size as long as you notify us within 48 hours of
receiving your item; however, you will be responsible for all shipping
costs to return the incorrectly-sized costume and the return shipping
costs to send you a replacement
size. Please note that you MUST contact us first at sales@bgalcostumes.com
for authorization before returning a costume for exchange. It's
possible we may not have the size you need in stock or the costume you
received may be "one size fits all." If that is the case,
you may return the unworn costume to us for a refund; however, return
shipping costs are non-refundable.
HALLOWEEN
RETURNS
As with all Halloween retailers, all sales during the Halloween
season (9/15 through 10/31) are FINAL except under special
circumstances. All unauthorized returns will be refused.
DAMAGED
OR NON-RECEIPT ITEMS
Insurance is included on all items. If an item arrives
damaged, please contact us immediately. Retain ALL packing
materials as examination may be required by the insurance carrier.
A replacement item will be sent within two business days. If
we are sold out of the damaged item, a full refund, including
original shipping costs, will be issued. We may, at our
discretion, request that the damaged item be returned to us in order
for a refund to be issued. If so, we will provide a pre-paid
return label.
Per
our insurance carrier's wait times, we will replace any item not received
within the U.S. in 30 days and in 90 days on international packages.
