eBay's ability to combine shipping charges for multiple purchases is very limited. In order to receive the LOWEST possible combined shipping rate, please request total from seller PRIOR to submitting payment.

Online Proofs:

Because of wide differences in computer monitor calibration, some printed colors may not exactly match the colors on your specific monitor.

We do our best to give you a very close representation of your final product including the use of all ribbons and papers if available at time of mock-up, close color matches, and envelopes. The colors of your final product may differ from the online proofs due to variations in proofing printers and monitor calibration. We do not guarantee the colors of your items to match what you see on your monitor. If you have any reservations regarding the color(s) of your printed pieces, please request a sample prior to printing. Big Day Creations is not responsible if the colors do not match the colors as you see them on your monitor.


Q: What types of payments do you accept?

A: We accept eChecks, Visa and MasterCard through Paypal.

 




Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
.

A: 1) You place your order.

2) We design and email you a preview of your order.


3) You approve your proof(s) by replying to the email. Feel free to make any changes to your order at this time.

4) After your approval is received, your order will be shipped within approx. 3-5 business days (depending on your order) by your chosen method of shipping.




Q: What kind of paper and printing do you use?
.

A: We use only commercial grade papers and cardstocks for all of our products.

All candy wrappers are printed on a glossy finish paper.

We only use commercial Xerox Laser printers for a smudge and smear free product!




Q: Is the candy included?


A: We currently Do Not offer finished product with the candy. You can purchase Hershey's 1.55oz bars in packs of 36 at Costco and Sam's Club.




Q: How do I wrap my candy bars?
.

A: All of our wrappers come with pre-applied, paper backed adhesive right on the wrapper. There's no need to purchase messy glue sticks or double-sided tape with our wrappers, unlike many of our competitors!

Wrapping instructions for the 1.55oz wrappers are included with every order.

All 1.55oz wrappers also come with your color choice of #30 paper backed foil. View the foil colors available here



Q: Can I add a photograph to my wrapper?


A: Absolutely! We can add a photo to pretty much any of our items!

Add your logo to a miniature wrapper and make a great business card!




Q: Can I design my own wrapper with different graphics or my own idea or layout?


A: Sure! You can choose any graphics from the web site at no additional charge.

We have access to thousands of additional graphics if you are looking for a specific theme or graphic.

Q: What is your return/refund policy?


A: 
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as soon as possible. We do not offer refunds on personailzed items. Proofs are always emailed prior to processing. If the order is approved for printing and an error is discovered upon delivery, we will offer to replace your order at a 50% discount plus shipping.
