- Big Easy Savings c/o ChipsXP warrants the products to be free from defects under normal use and service to the original purchaser. The warranty period starts from the date printed on ChipsXP Invoice and each item’s warranty period is 30 days. All service returns must be notified to ChipsXP on or before the warranty expiration date.
- Returning Merchandise with RMA confirmation must be either called in at 727-831-1491 or email requested at manager@chipsxp.com.
- Products must be in original condition and in original box for Return Merchandise service with RMA confirmation.
- Buyer pays Return Shipping and Handling on non-DOA (Damaged On Arrival) items. With DOA items, ChipsXP will reimburse your shipping expense.
- After product is received and inspected, exchanges will be initiated and shipped through original services with email notifications.
- On non-DOA (Damaged On Arrival) purchases, the original shipping and handling charges will not be considered.
