HOW FAST DO YOU SHIP OUT?

SAME DAY SHIPPING Monday to Friday ! 

Winning your item can be a very exciting process, and we know that you want your new item as fast as possible.   

• We process and ship orders every business day, Monday to Friday.

• We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or National Holidays.

• All orders received (checkout and payment completed) by 2:00pm EST are shipped the same business day except for those who pay on Friday, your order will be shipped out on the Monday.

DO YOU MAKE MONEY ON SHIPPING LIKE SOME SELLERS?

NO .....we are proud to say that we charge actual rates in all our auctions.  You actually are paying less for shipping because we receive UPS Volume Discounts, so your actually paying up to 50% less than published rates.

SHIPPING 101

Shipping is a very important part of any transaction.  Below is some information you may find useful regarding the shipping of your items on eBay.  You may know this already, or this information may be new to you ....either way we highly recommend you read the points below:

• We do not make any money on shipping.  We receive discounts from UPS so you are actually paying less than the published rates.

• We are Canadian sellers, so some items coming from Canada to USA or International countries may take longer.

• You get what you pay for !  The faster the service the more expensive it will be.  The cheaper the service the slower your package will arrive at your door, so please remember this.

• We try to offer the best price on shipping that will get your item to your address fast, secure and affordable
• Every package will have a UPS Tracking Number emailed to you so you can fully track your package from start to finish.

I CAN'T FIND MY TRACKING NUMBER, WHAT DO I DO?

• When UPS picks up your package, they will scan the bar code at which point an email will be sent to you with tracking information.

• If you did not receive this email, don't worry ......just email us and we will send it to you. You can reach us at mybigscore@gmail.com

• To track your package, please visit www.ups.com and enter your tracking number.

WHY IS YOUR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING FEES SO HIGH ?

Selling to international countries such as the UK or Italy is expensive to ship.  All our packages come with tracking numbers so we can track the package from start to finish.

We could offer cheaper shipping by offering Surface Mail, however, this is a super slow option and takes 6-8 weeks to arrive.  You may save on shipping, however we run the risk of your package being lost or stolen with no way of tracking it down because it will not have a tracking number.

Shipping to these countries most be fast, secure and safe for both seller and buyer.  This avoids any eBay disputes and PayPal disputes as well as negative feeback.
