Orders of three or more DVDs are shipped USPS Priority Mail with tracking. Include name, address and email so that we may get in touch with you about your order. Each DVD is inspected for scratches or visual flaws before being sent to you, so used DVDs are not acceptable for return unless there is a manufacturers defect upon playing the first time. Returns are for exchange only. Please email us for a "Return Authorization Number" before returning a DVD. If you have questions please feel free to ask.
