Please note shipments are behind, but we will do the best we can to keep up. We have recently also lost April our Operations manager to possible Breast Cancer, please pray for her as she was such an asset and our customers love her. Emails are normally answered quickly within 24-48 hours maximum. We are CLOSED Sunday and do not ship on Saturdays so please allow time for emails from these days to be answered. We also now have skype - so you can skype us, Username is onehotbiker.

Please allow 7 days processing for your item to ship from our warehouses, we will email you tracking or delivery confirmation numbers as soon as it is available if you chose a shipping service that provides tracking information. We highly suggest you use UPS rather than postal as they don't update your package tracking until they deliver. If you use USPS you will only get an email that it has shipped. Using UPS you will know where your item is at all times. We do have several warehouses in the US so it is common to receive multiple shipments from one order, you are not ever charged for additional shipping though so not to worry you just may receive multiple shipments for one order.
