Warranty Information
Engines, Transmissions, Rear Axles and Transfer Cases:
Engines are sold as long blocks only. Additional items are left on
them are for convenience, but they are not covered under the warranty.
The warranty on the above listed items is a 60 day warranty that
starts the day you receive the item. If you choose to pick up your item
the warranty starts on the day that you pick it up.
The warranty does not cover ANY labor charges under any
circumstances. In order to make a warranty claim the first step is
to contact us and provide us with the VIN number of the vehicle
the item is being installed on. The warranty will not be honored if the
part is being installed on any vehicle other than what is stated that it
will work for. Once we verify all information we will then determine
if we have a replacement part in stock. If we do, we will ship the item to
you at NO COST to you and have the bad part picked up. If we do not
have a replacement in stock for you we will have the item picked up at
NO COST to you. Once we receive the item back and verify that it is
ours we will issue you a full refund for the original purchase price plus
all shipping charges that you originally paid out. If you picked up the
item originally it will be your responsibility to return the item back to us.
We will not reimburse you for any gas or lost time to return the item to
us.
All other parts:
The warranty on all other parts is a 30 day warranty that starts the day
you receive the item. If you choose to pick the item up it starts on the
day that you pick it up. The warranty does not cover ANY labor
charges under any circumstances. In order to make a warranty claim
the first step is to contact us and provide us with the VIN number of the
vehicle that the item is being installed on. The warranty will not be
honored if the part is being installed on any vehicle other than
what is stated that it will work for. Once we verify all information we
will then determine if we have a replacement part in stock. If we do, we
we will ship the item to you at NO COST to you and have the bad part
picked up. If we do not have a replacement in stock for you we will
have the item picked up at NO COST to you. Once we receive the item

New Aftermarket Parts:
All of our new aftermarket parts come with a 1 year warranty that starts
at the time of purchase. The warranty does not cover ANY labor
charges under any circumstances. In order to make a warranty claim

vehicle that the item is being installed on. The warranty will not be
honored if the part is being installed on any vehicle other than
what is stated that it will work for. Once we verify all information we
will then determine if we have a replacement part in stock. If we do, we

have the item picked up at NO COST to you. Once we receive the item

Parts Sold AS-IS:
Auctions that state that the part is being sold AS-IS are just that, sold
AS-IS, we do not accept returns on these items. We do our best to be
very descriptive of these items. If you are unsure as to whether it is the
correct part for your vehicle you can contact us and we will do our best
to help you. If we cannot help you, we will often suggest that you contact
a dealer to verify that it will work. Please do not bid on the item if you
are unsure as to whether it will fit.
Parts purchased incorrectly:
If you purchase an item incorrect for your vehicle or that you decide
that you do not need, and we had the item listed correctly, it is your
responsibility to ship the item back to us at your cost. Once we receive
the item back and verify that it is ours we will issue a refund for the
purchase price of the part only, no shipping costs will be refunded. All
parts returned to us that were purchased incorrectly are subject to a
20% restocking fee.
