POLICY: I ship USPS as much as possible. Insurance is always optional unless required for high value, fragile or highly pilferable items. I combine shipments won within three days/72 hours but you must request it so I won't ship your earlier wins because I ship FAST! I refund excess postage resulting from multiple purchases going into the same box. I usually don't charge for "handling" unless I have to buy special packing materials and if I do, it will be at cost. I hate being overcharged for S&H and I won't do the same to you!
If being returned due to defects or my fault, please give me a heads-up via phone or e-mail so we can hash out the return details. Normally, I ask that the item be returned within THREE BUSINESS DAYS as recorded by my carrier, but there is nothing we cannot agree on if we communicate.
Refund will be money back in the same form and manner by which you paid me or you may request an exchange subject to availability. You may also request a credit for your next purchase. Return postage is not refundable.
If the return is not due to my fault, it will be handled the same way as above but eBay's Final Value Fee and other fees associated with my listing and re-listing of the returned item will be deducted.

Use the same carrier and tracking service I used in sending the item to you. You will receive your item packed responsibly. That is my commitment to you. Please do the same when returning goods.
