Your satisfaction is guaranteed and all items are checked before shipping. In the case of a return we do have to set that Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable, unless there was an error in shipping. Any defective item or missing part will be replaced and shipped free of charge. Credit for returns will be PayPal Credit minus a 5% restocking fee or a merchandise credit.
