Unresponsive after making a mistake on an order that was a local pickup. I didn't realize it was local pickup and just jumped on the price for the item (it was a good price). After realizing it was a local pickup only, I reached out same day maybe 20 minutes after the order was placed to cancel the order. Didn't get one response from the seller for 2 weeks. Had to get Ebay involved to get the refund.
