For My Canadian Customers |

Where will my item be shipped from? |
- Most packages will be sent to you from within Canada
- Multiple toys will always be sent from Canada
- Single small toys *may* be sent cheaper from the US (it
depends on the specific toy but I'll always let YOU decide!)

| What does combined shipping mean? |
- All of your items will go together in one package for one
shipping cost based on the total size and weight of the package.
- I don't add the cost of shipping each item individually,
that would be way too costly.

How will my toys be shipped to me? |
- 99% of toy packages will go by Canada Post's Expedited
Post
- Expedited shipping includes a delivery confirmation
number and $100 Canadian insurance against loss
- Expedited shipping takes 2 - 7 business days delivery
to arrive
- Some Mini toys can go by Canada Post's Letter Mail
(depending on the thickness of the package and whether it falls
within Canada Post's strict guidelines)
- Sometimes 2 toys can be sent for the price of 1!
- Particularly in the case of Shredders and most Piñatas!
- Shipping costs would be the same for 1 or 2 of them
- This would divide your shipping costs
- Instead of say $7.00 for 1 toy, it works out to $3.50 each
for 2 toys.

Canada Post charges by the size and weight of
the package - whichever is greater

Smaller toys can be added to the package for
little to no extra shipping cost!

Shipping and handling is more cost effective
(cheaper) when sending more than 1 item!

- I drive to the US to ship items to my American
customers
- This will speed up delivery time for you
immensely!
