Parts Dept. Return-Refund Policy
Your bid is your contract. Only serious bidders please. If not fully satisfied, buyer may return the item within 15 days for refund. Item should be new and unused, and is subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping is non-refundable. Buyer must notify seller via E-mail within 7 days after receiving the item of any problem that may require a return and/or refund. Items determined to have been damaged by buyer abuse or improper installation will not be accepted and will be returned. Items damaged in shipping will be refunded once carrier (UPS / USPS) approves damage claim. We will not accept any item that is damaged in return shipping. It will be reshipped back to the buyer and they will need to issue a claim with the shipping company.
