What forms of payment do you accept?
I accept Paypal Only for payment, within three days of purchase/auction end. Please note that if sending an eCheck for payment, your items will not be sent until I have received notification from Paypal that your payment has cleared, which can take several business days.
When will I receive my items?
All auction templates are sent within 2 business days (M-F). (If you do not receive your items within that time, please first check your spam folder, and contact me with further questions.) Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the nature of the items I sell, I do not offer a return or exchange policy once the item has been sent.
Do you offer worldwide delivery?
Purchases made for items with USPS First Class delivery are reserved for customers in the lower 48 United States only. Worldwide delivery and instant download options are available through my Classified Ad.
CUSTOM SERVICES OFFERED
Can I have the header image of my template personalized with my store name or eBay ID?
YES! Header images can be personalized on all auction template designs with your store name or eBay ID for an additional $3 per template, and can include an optional slogan. Please request this service at the time you place your order or make your purchase and I will adjust your invoice accordingly. Please also send your choice of personalization. Store name or eBay ID must match that of the customer's account making the request.
Can I have links to my store pages added to the bottom of my template?
YES! TEXT LINKS (not graphic links) can be included at the bottom of your auction template below the shipping section, to include up to five links of your choice, for an additional $5 per template. Links may include: Store, Auctions, Feedback, About Me, Contact, Add to Favorites, Sign up for my Newsletter, and eBay Blog. Links may not include any URL outside of eBay. Please request this service at the time you place your order or make your purchase and I will adjust your invoice accordingly. Please also send your choice of links.
Do you offer custom designs?
At this time I am NOT currently offering custom designs.
Do you offer website design, or designs for blogs, myspace, etc.?

Do you offer installation of individual templates to eBay?
Sorry, I do not offer installation of individual templates to eBay. You will receive detailed step-by-step instructions on how to use and install your template within eBay along with your purchase. Please feel free to take a look at my Auction Template Tutorial page for more information as well.
Do you offer installation of templates to third-party hosting services, such as Auctiva, Inkfrog, Seller Source Book, etc.?
Sorry, I do not offer assistance installing OR using my templates with third-party hosting services, since it is not necessary to have a host to use my templates. My templates are created to be used simply as "copy and paste" and work with the instructions provided. But, you certainly may use a third party host if you'd like. Some hosts will install your auction template for you at no charge, and some hosts will allow you to upload your custom template yourself. You must have your own general working knowledge of your hosting service and how to install custom templates, as this is not a service I provide. Please Note: I DO NOT GUARANTEE THIRD PARTY HOST COMPATIBILITY WITH ANY PROVIDER.
I will stress that it is important for you to save a BACKUP copy of your template even if you have installed it into a third-party hosting service. If you ever decide to close your account with that host, your template will be deleted and you will not be able to recover the lost files. For this reason, it is my commitment to deliver the product to the CUSTOMER, not to the hosting service. You may then feel free to forward the template to your host to be uploaded to your account.
Do you offer print services, such as business cards and labels, stationery, etc.?
At this time, I am not offering printed designs. I offer a variety of premade graphic designs for your eBay auctions and stores. More items can be located on my website as well, at www.blessedbydesigns.com.
Can I use your graphics to create my own business cards and stationery?
If you have purchased a store design package that includes a store logo and customized header image, you MAY use these items for print goods ONLY on items used to advertise your business to your customers, such as business cards, thank you cards, address labels and stationery. If you have any concerns about whether or not your project is allowed using my graphics, please feel free to contact me. I also allow the use of your store logo as a signature tag line to be used in private emails exchanged with your customers.
Can the font and colors be changed on the template graphics?
Changing the colors of a template, or a font on the graphics is more complicated than you may think. The graphics have to be completely redesigned in order to do this, and the HTML updated. This is considered custom, and I am not currently offering custom designs. The colors and fonts used within the template graphics come as is.
Can the text on the template images be changed to another language?
All of my designs are provided in English only. To change the language would require redesigning the graphics and html, and would be considered a custom design, which I am not offering at this time. I apologize for any inconvenience. All templates come as is.
STORE DESIGNS
Do you offer free installation with store design purchases?
YES! I can quickly and professionally install your store designs for you for FREE, within a 2 business day (M-F) turnaround time!
I just purchased a store design package... what happens next?
Once I receive notification of your purchase and payment, I will contact you with a few short questions that will help me have all of the information I need in a single location so that I can get started on personalizing and installing your store designs. I do need access to your eBay account in order to install your designs. I will contact you again after installation is complete, or if I have questions during installation.
What is the difference between a COMPLETE store design and a BASIC store design package?

A Basic store design package is smaller, and cheaper. It includes a store header that goes at the top of your store homepage that includes your store name and links to store pages. It also includes the matching store logo, and auction template. It does NOT include the matching About Me page, but this can be purchased separately in my Add Ons category for an additional $10. I can install these designs for you and match your eBay store colors to your new designs as well.
A Complete store design package is larger and and comes with everything you need to set up your store, to include the complete storefront homepage which includes your store name and links to your store pages. It also has a place where you can enter your choice of text (and photos if you'd like) to advertise current special promotions, or draw attention to a particular specialty item you offer, or just to welcome your customers to your store. It also displays a gallery of newly listed items you have for sale in your store. This package also includes the store logo and auction template, and comes with the matching About Me page as well. I can install these designs for you and match your eBay store colors to your new designs as well.

What is the turnaround time for store design installation?
The turnaround time largely relies on the quality of communication I receive from my customers. With that said, my average turnaround time is 2 business days (M-F) or less. Please feel free to check my feedback ratings and comments from previous customers who were pleased with their store design purchase experience! What is HTML and what does it mean?
HTML, or Hypertext Markup Language, is a computer language that consists of sets of symbols or codes (called tags) that are inserted in a document file intended to control the way it is displayed by a web browser.
I am not familiar HTML, can I still use your templates?
YES! There is no HTML knowledge or experience required to use my templates. If you can copy and paste, you can use my templates! You will receive detailed step-by-step instructions on how to use and install your template within eBay along with your purchase. What is the Terms of Use agreement with your template designs?
Thank you for taking the time to read and respect the terms of use agreement. Purchase of my auction templates signifies that you have read and agreed to the following terms of use. Auction template codes and graphic images and designs will remain property of Blessed by Designs. You are being granted a limited license agreement that allows you permission to use the copyrighted graphics and template within your eBay auctions. Template code and graphic images may NOT be altered or modified in any way, and may not be shared, distributed, duplicated, or offered for sale in whole or part. Credits, including an active link to my store, located at the bottom of the template must remain attached to all templates, and may not be altered or removed. Template contains a ‘no right click’ script to protect copyrighted graphics and images, and may not be altered or removed. Templates are for your personal use ONLY, and is to be used only by the eBay User ID associated with auction purchase. Auction templates are to be used ONLY within your auction listings. About Me pages and eBay store designs must be purchased separately. These graphics may NOT be used for any web design, blogs, or other such sites, and are not to be used outside of eBay in whole or part without specific written permission from Blessed by Designs.
