Returns & Exchanges - It's Easy:
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to for a refund. With our return policy, there are no special catches or exceptions. All we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging, and make sure that the merchandise is in the same condition.
- You can return your purchase for up to 60 days from the purchase date.
- Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging
- Once your return is received and inspected by the fulfillment centers, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your paypal account or any other original method of payment immediately. Please note that depending on your credit card company.
- When returning an item please include the ebay item number & buyer's ebay ID on the package so we can identify the item.
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost for all return/exchange cases and we will pay for the resend shipping cost.
- Products that are modified/customized from their original look are not covered by our return/exchange policy.
- Should you have any question/concern regarding our items/auctions, please feel free to send us message (Please specify the item/auction number you are inquiring).
