|  | Q. When will my item be shipped?
A. Most items are packed and shipped out within 4-5 business days (after your payment has cleared). However, during the holidays, or at busy times of the year, it may take up to 10 business days to ship your item. We will send you an e-mail with your tracking number as soon as your item has been shipped.
Q. Can I view or pick up an item in person?
A. Yes, you are welcome to view an item you are interested in purchasing or pick up a piece you have purchased at our office/warehouse in Brooklyn. However, as we are not a traditional antiques shop and are not open to the public, you must contact us first and arrange a visit during our business hours (Monday-Friday 10AM-5PM).
