How a seller deals with a situation when things go wrong is just as important to me as how often the seller makes the transaction go smoothly. There was a problem that came up and the seller promptly brought it to my attention and made things right with a prompt refund.
Ebay does NOT give "not applicable" as an option in the arrival time, item description, shipping costs etc. As such when I listed "no" as the arriving on time I wish ebay had given options that are appropriate to refunds
