Lens was delivered quickly and safely, wrapped with stiff paper in a small box. The lens was a bit smudged, but nothing a wipe and some cleaner can't fix. More importantly, the seller was beyond patient with me when I believed there was an issue with the lens (there wasn't) and even went as far as testing it themselves on my same camera type to confirm use experience. Grade A customer service, seller is highly recommend.

It's not how a vender is when all is right, it's how they respond when things are wrong. When I received the camera, the light meter was non-functioning and the battery cap would not unscrew. I contacted Blue Penn and told them. They requested I send them pictures of the battery cap and the S/N, which I provided. They sent me another camera with a return shipping label for the problem camera. The 2nd camera is working and they took care of the problem. Good Seller!
