Price Quoted at the top of the Auction is For Shipping to USA ONLY. We DO NOT offer Free Shipping to any address outside of the 48 Continental United States. Shipping and handling costs for the most common countries we ship to are located after the auction description. All others please write us for a shipping quote.
All International shipping prices quoted are for USPS (The United States Postal Service) shipping and handling fees only. We charge a small fee for having to process the customs forms and the packaging of your product. Buyer is responsible for all Customs Charges, Import Taxes, Duty Taxes, Local Taxes, Brokerage and Fees that your country will charge you. This includes any local couriers hired by your local delivery/post service. We only use USPS for all international deliveries. We do not hire outside agencies or brokerage firms.

We do our best to dispatch orders 48-hours after payment clears, however due to the time required in processing an international order it can take as long as 3-4 business days for your order to ship, not including weekends and holidays.
Most Multiple Purchases Qualify for a Combined Shipping Rate. Larger Ticket Items Do Not Qualify Due to Size. Write Us For Products That Need to be Shipped Alone. The item with the highest shipping amount counts as your first item. Each item after that would be charged for half the shipping cost. This applies to all purchases made within 3 days. After 3 days of your purchase the shopping cart closes. If you allow the cart to close or you pay for one of the items (which also closes the shopping cart) then all other items will automatically be charged for the full shipping cost with no discount applied. Once this happens we cannot back it out.

*We no longer give quotes to ship by Air Parcel Post, Air Letter Mail and the Ground/Surface option due to the fact that it does not include any way to track the package and no phone # to call if the package is late or lost. In most instances, there is only a few dollars difference in price. With new security measures in place, packages are getting held up in customs for extended periods of time. Many customers do not get their packages for 8-10 weeks (or more!) using other Air & Surface shipping and many packages get lost. Thanks for you understanding.

PLEASE NOTE: By purchasing and following through with an order you agree and confirm that you understand the following conditions:
1. The order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or fees which are determined once a shipment reaches the country of import. These charges are usually based on the value of the goods PLUS the cost of freight. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the consignee; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, in some cases charges can be extremely high; therefore the importer/customer should contact the local customs office for further information prior to bidding and purchasing or placing the order. The importer/customer may also be charged a brokerage fee if the item is shipped via a method other than USPS.
2. If the delivery is refused or the product is returned for any reason then any charges borne will be deducted from any credit. This could include but is not limited to, freight in both directions, any import/export fees, and any taxes. Due to the high cost of international deliveries this could leave little or no credit for the return of product.
3. The consignee/customer is considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
4. USPS (The United States Postal Service) is used for shipping, as well as, be advised that there may be additional charges by any local courier used by your local delivery service/post, in your country, that we have no control over.
5. Please be aware that international shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
