• Canadian customers:
Paypal is accepted, we have a new paypal account dedicated solely to Canadian residents.

All Canadian orders are subject to applicable taxes (GST 5%); Quebec residents must also add PST and all Atlantic Provinces (except P.E.I.) must pay the HST (15%).
All orders will be shipped from Montreal - so there will be no custom delays and no duty to pay.
Packages over 5-pounds may be subject to higher shipping costs.

RETURN POLICY
All items are warranted original unless otherwise described. Customers will have 7 days to return any product. Bullion items, and ‘hot’ items, where the price fluctuates are non-refundable.
eBay customers must contact us prior to making a return. Reasons for eBay returns must be substantiated.
Shipping and handling is NOT refundable.
Any refunds made will be credited in the same payment manner and currency as the original purchase (except that cheques may be issued in place of Money Orders and Bank Drafts).
PAYMENT DEADLINE & FEEDBACK POLICY • Positive feedback will only be left for bidders who have left us positive feedback.
