Please read the following information very carefully before bidding.

• Measurements not included on the listing cannot be provided as our warehouse is separate from the listing department
• We DO NOT have sizes or styles in stock that are not listed on eBay
• NO special orders for larger quantities, lowered shipping rates, or combined packing.  See our policy for combined shipping below.
• No pick-ups
• Once an auction has ended, you may not request to buy it now.  If we still have the item, it will be relisted soon.
• Some larger items may not qualify for combined shipping.

payment

PayPal Only. No money orders, COD's, or credit cards outside of Paypal.
Please pay within three days of purchase.  After 3 days on non-payment the item is NOT guaranteed to be in stock.  An unpaid item dispute will be opened after 7 days of no payment. After another 7 days the dispute will be closed and an unpaid item strike will be left. To avoid this, please message us prior to the first 7 day of non-payment. Tennessee residents must add 9.25% sales tax.

domestic shipping

All items shipped UPS unless a P.O. Box is listed as the address.  In that case, the item will ship U.S.P.S. We will only ship to the address on file with Paypal.
P.O. Box: Please message us to specify that it must go through United States Postal Service. We are not responsible for items shipped via UPS to a P.O. Box unless you message us first.  USPS does NOT provide insurance. If you would like your package insured please let me know and I will adjust your invoice. If the package is lost and you did not pay for insurance, you WILL NOT be reimbursed for the loss of the package if USPS does not reimburse us.
Combined shipping: You will be charged  full  price for the most expensive ship rate and then $3 shipping  for each additional qualifying item on the same invoice. Please wait until all auctions have ended to check out when combining shipping.

You MUST checkout and pay for ALL items together in order to get combined shipping.

Please do not wait more than 3 days (from winning your FIRST item) to complete checkout, as this will result in your entire order being canceled and your items being relisted.  Up to 10 items may be combined!

Due to changes in our contractual agreements with our vendors, we are no longer able to ship internationally. 

return policy

We will not return items for fit or dislike.
Incorrect shipments and items that are damaged will be returned or exchanged. We WILL NOT return for fit, for ANY reason.  You will be emailed a UPS return label where you may return the shoes free of charge.
Items must be returned within 7 days of arrival according to UPS website.
Do not use a shoebox as a shipping box.  Do NOT put any tape or labels on the shoe box itself.   Please place the box in another box or wrap it in shipping paper.  If we receive a shoe being returned/exchanged and the shoe box was used for shipping, or if there are tape/labels on the shoe box itself,  you will not be refunded UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. Once a shoe's box has been taped up, it is unsellable. 
A filled out copy of our Return/Exchange Form must be included and you MUST message us before returning any item, for any reason.

We are available to contact Monday through Friday from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (CST).  We are closed Saturdays, Sundays and around all major holidays.
