Need to change or cancel an order?
Call us as soon as possible at 718-907-4444. We’ll try our best to intercept your order before it gets processed. If you can only message us, make sure to put “Request to Change” in the subject title.
Please note: If you send us a second message without first getting a response, our system shows the timestamp of your most recent message.
For example: If BuyerID1 emails us at 10:00 AM and again at 3:00 PM, BuyerID1’s messages get pushed back to 3:00 PM.
