When I ordered new trim cylinders for my boat I accidentally ordered full tilt for the starboard side. It was too late to change the order when I noticed this so I called the seller. He was happy to fix the order and shipped it soon after we talked. The parts were new and exactly as described. The boat handles like new again and this seller is definitely as good as they get!!! Definitely 5+ Stars!!!
