EXCHANGE/RETURN POLICY

At our Ebay Store, BoatStoreUSA, we are committed to providing you the best customer satisfaction possible. If you are dissatisfied for any reason with your purchase, we will gladly accept the return of any new or unopened products within 14 days for exchange or refund.  Opened products may incur additional restocking fee.

Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt of your order and must meet the following requirements:

  • Items must be in brand new, original condition
  • Items must be in the original, undamaged manufacturer's packaging with all packaging materials, including instruction booklets, packing inserts, plastic bags, blank coupons and blank warranty cards. The manufacturer's labeled packaging must be enclosed in a new shipping carton.
  • All original manufacturer information must be included (Warranty card must NOT be filled out.)
  • Products cannot be installed, used or disassembled or have any missing parts or hardware

The following orders are not returnable:

  • Custom or Special Orders
  • Opened Computer Software, Electronic Charts or Videotapes
  • Electrical Parts and Fuel Components

If you would like to return an item, please request a return through the eBay RMA process. Once we receive your email we will contact you via email with further instructions. We cannot accept and process any unauthorized returns.

All returned products must be shipped either FEDEX, UPS or Insured USPS Parcel Post to allow us to track and ensure a prompt return. The orginal receipt must be included in the shipping box with return item circled on the receipt with exchange item noted.  No C.O.D. shipments will be accepted.

Damaged Products:  If your product has been damaged in shipment, please email or call us immediately. Once notified, we will then contact you via email or phone with further instructions on filing your claim and returning damaged merchandise. 

Defective Products:  If you have received a defective product, please review the manufacturer information included with your new product. If you wish to return it, please contact us via email or phone. 

Refunds:  We will issue a full refund, including all applicable sales tax for any returned damaged or defective products or returns that is the result of our error.

Returns for any reason that are not a result of our error may be subject to a 10% restock fee.

SALES TAX

Sales tax of 7% is applicable only for orders shipped to a Florida address.

 

 

BACK ORDERS

Although we make every effort to prevent shortages or back orders, on rare occassions items do sell out of stock more quickly than anticipated, thereby creating a backorder situation. Many listings are added to our store in bulk so quanities may not always be accurate.  We do remove these items from our store immediately, however if you order an item that is out of stock, we will notify you via email or phone within 24 hours and inform you of any back order situation with approximate shipping date. We will gladly cancel any backorders per your request.

 

MANUFACTURER DISCONTINUED ITEMS

Although we stock a great deal of products in our warehouse, some products are shipped directly from the manufacturer.  Periodically items are discontinued from the manufacturer without our knowledge and are no longer available. In the event this happens, we will contact you immediately via email or phone and offer you a substitute product.  If a substitute product is not available or you wish not to purchase the substitute product, we will gladly cancel your order and offer you a refund.  

 

CANCELLATIONS

Please notify us immediatley with order cancellations.  All orders may be cancelled with no additional fee prior to shipping as long as we are notfied. Cancellations We will not accept any cancellations over the phone.  If the order has been shipped, our normal return policy applies. Cancellations made after order has been processed for shipping may result in a 5% processing fee. 

 

DISCLAIMER

Although it is our intention to provide accurate information on our Ebay Store, we regret, but are not liable for errors in product descriptions, pricing and photographic errors. If you notice any errors on our store, please let us know.

 

REBATES

Some products in our store listing and auctions are offered with a mail-in rebate.  Rebate forms are included with your invoice in the packing slip envelope on the outside of the shipping box.  Rebate forms must be completed and mailed to BoatStoreUSA along with a copy of the invoice and postmarked within thirty (30) days of purchase. Any rebate requests postmarked after 30 days will be ineligible.  Rebates will be paid in U.S. Currency in the form of PayPal, MasterCard, Visa, American Express or Discover credit or check, depending upon initital payment method.  Please allow 3-4 weeks upon receipt of rebate request for processing.  See rebate form for complete instructions and rules. 

FEEDBACK

As an Ebay PowerSeller, we provide feedback to you automatically as soon as we receive your payment.  Every eBay user has a Feedback profile made up of comments from other eBay users, so if you received your order, please take a moment to send us your comments - every feedback counts to make eBay a better community for all of us!

NOTE:  We greatly appreciate a 5-Star Detailed Seller Rating (DSR) feedback if we completed this transaction with great satisfaction to you.  Unfortunately shipping fees are out of our control - we use a calculated rate from UPS with a very small handling charge added in to cover our costs.  We strive for quick shipments so please take this into consideration when providing feedback.
