All auction items are sold with no reserve, “Buy It Now” or Make an Offer. We will not end an auction early for any reason, please doesn’t ask. We don’t play games or have gimmicks; everything sells to the highest bidder or best offer PERIOD. Check our E-bay rating and buyers comments.
When You are buying New and Used Marine Parts and Accessories keep that in mind when you place your bid, make an offer or buy it now. To assure that used parts and accessories are in working condition we attempted to test everything new and in most cases are in working condition, if they are not in working condition we will disclose that in the ad. If we missed something or it is not working when you get it and it was not disclosed in the ad we offer a 3 day return policy. With all of our new merchandise including close outs there will be a manufacture warranty, you will need to keep your e-bay receipt and original box and work directly with the manufactures. In some cases where our help is needed BOATARAMA will assist with your returns.
SCAMS
We normally do not send second chance offers nor do will we sell outside of E-bay while listed Please watch out for people E-mailing you looking asking for money. If we do send a second chance offer, we will include a phone number that you can call to confirm, we recommend you call before accepting.
PAYMENT
We accept certified fund, Bank to Bank Wire Transfers, Personal Checks, Money Orders, Pay Pal or Credit Card payments. We do not accept CC or Pay Pal payments for merchandise over $500 unless agreed to . Full payment is due at the close of auction. If an item is not paid we will attempt to resolve the issue thru the E-bay Dispute Console. If we receive a response we will always try and work it out, if you make a mistake, please let us know we are more then happy to resolve a mistake. WORK WITH US AND WE WILL WORK WITH YOU. If an item is not paid we will attempt to resolve the issue thru the E-bay Dispute Console please do not get offended if you get and unpaid item notice, if you pay we will close the case without giving you a unpaid strike. Our preferences are set so the unpaid reminder is sent to you automatically after 7 days
SHIPPING
The winner of the auction or an accepted offer or BIN items is responsible for the cost of shipping UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED IN AD. We try and offer at least two shipping options. If you have any questions about the cost of shipping, please contact us, PRIOR TO BIDDING WE DO MAKE MISTAKES. We normally ship next day or sooner
If you have special shipping needs, please let us know and other arrangements can be made.
LOWEST PRICE GUARANTEE: If you find the exact same product, with the same materials, workmanship, and/or specifications in our store for a lower "buy it now" price (including product cost and shipping and handling charges) listed on any E-Commerce web site INCLUDING E-BAY by anybody else we will match that price and give you and additional 10% off. To qualify, you must bring the product to our attention and the product must be listed for 24 hours after you tell us the product. The description must list materials and or specification so we can compare to our product. You may buy up to 4 of those items at the discounted price. Does not include any auctions or auction sites. RETURN POLICY
We offer a 3 day return policy on all of our used parts and accessories, if when you receive the part, the part is not as described in the ad we will give you a full refund of the part including all shipping. If you mis-ordered a part we will give you up to 7 days to notify us and we will take the part back and give you a store credit for the amount that you paid for the item, less all E-bay fees and shipping costs. On all returns, YOU MUST SEND US BACK THE PART BEFORE WE SEND OUT THE NEW PART, THERE IS NO EXCEPTION, ON MIS-ORDERED PARTS YOU PAY SHIPPING, IF THE PART ARRIVES NON OPERABLE OR NOT AS DESCRIBED YOU SEND IT BACK, WE WILL CHECK THE PART THEN GIVE YOU A REFUND We do not charge re-stocking fees. E-bay Feedback and Detailed Seller Ratings
According to the new E-Bay feedback system you can now not only leave a positive or negative feedback, but also anonymously grade our service in detail including "Item Description", "Communication", "Shipping Time" and "Shipping and Handling Charges". It's called DSR or "Detailed Seller Rating".
When you give us 4 stars, it may seem like a great score, for instance a 4 in communication means "Satisfied", E-Bay, however, considers this a low grade. Their standards require sellers to maintain the average of 4.8 and above or be penalized with higher fees, which ultimately get passed on to buyers, In other words, anything less than 4.8 -stars average = negative feedback for us!

How reasonable were the shipping and handling charges?
